2024 Community Health Assessment

The 2024 Community Health Assessment, a follow-up to similar studies conducted in 2002, 2007, 2012, 2015, 2018 and 2021 is a systematic, data-driven approach to determining the health status, behaviors and needs of residents in Muscatine and Scott Counties, Iowa, and Rock Island County, Illinois. The Community Health Assessment can be used to inform decisions and guide efforts to improve community health and wellness. QCHI facilitates the community health assessment process with its partners.

QCHI is the catalyst for a healthier Quad Cities. We believe that when every organization recognizes its role in community wellness, we don't just improve lives, we transform our future together.
